wine suggestions..

holy crow!! red wine has SO much calories!! this is NOT a good thing to learn right now. :sad:
can anyone suggest a good cabernet that is not like 200 calories per 8oz?!

    I to love a glass or two of wine. I recently went through the wine isle and was scan every bottle that i usually buy to get the best calorie value. There was a few that I found with calories between 120 to 130 per 5 oz serving.

    in dry wine all the cals are alcohol.1g alcohol=7cal.
    so you need to find dry,low alcohol wine
