Garlic Feta Burgers

I made these Sunday night. Fantastic.

Mix 1lb ground beef with 1/2 cup Feta cheese, 2Garlic cloves, 1/2 small red onion, 2 tsp worcestershire sauce, and season with oregano, salt and pepper. Make patties and cook them how you like to cook your burgers. Sunbeam Lite Wheat Hamburger buns are only 70 calories per bun. Makes 4 1/4 pound delicious burgers.

Walmart - 96/4 All Natural Extra Lean Ground Beef,
Generic - Onion, Red, Raw 85 g (3 oz), 170 g
Sunbeam - Lite Wheat Hamburger Buns, 2 Bun
Deleted Duplicate Generic - Small Raw Red Tomato, 4.4 oz
Generic - Garlic 1 Clove, 1 clove

Total: 274 Calories, 27Carbs,7Fat, 33Protein, 6 Fiber per burger (this includes the bun)

    When I make my "Mediterranean" burgers I top them with some roasted peppers and then make up a little tzatziki using 0% fat yogurt....delish!

    MMMM... just bought feta yesterday and garlic is always in my house. Sounds like supper tomorrow night. What did you have for sides, if anything?
