Where is a safe way to get those pills? I have talked to my doctor about trying to lose weight and exercising hard and I keep getting bigger. I have a wedding in July and I'm the bride. The dress I bought back in december is too small now. And the doctor keeps saying to keep trying. He run some blood work and its normal HELP

    What does your diet look like? 80% of losing weight is nutrition, so before you go and invest in OEP (which I think is a great product, ONCE you've already got the ball rolling with a clean diet), take a day and write down everything you eat and figure out where you can cut corners (or if you're even eating ENOUGH calories).

    Try going wheat free for a while I dropped 7lbs in the first week!
