WOOOOO-HOOOOOO!!!! I did it, I can't believe it. I've never been happy with my body and after I had my son I took control. I started walking/jogging and after much practice and heavy breathing...I began to run! I'm also in shock that I actually eat healthy now. I feel healthy and fantastic!
