ok question i have just done level one of the jillian michaels 30 day shred which just so you know was great im sweating buckets but im not sure what to put it under for exercise ???

    3 6 minutes circuites featuring
    3 minutes of strenght
    2 minutes of cardio
    1 minute of abs
    and one 2 minute cool down

    if you dont have a HRM, log it as 20 minutes circuit training

    Well done on starting the 30DS.

    I highly recommend getting a heart rate monitor when you are able to. MFP's circuit training calculated my Level 1 to be 220 cal, when I wear my own HRM it's anywhere from 120-155 cals for 20 mins.
