Not eating all my calories = no weight loss

for the past month ive been eating less and less 1200-1400 and ive not lost any weight were as January i would eat 1800-2100 calories
and lose 2lbs -1lb a week every week. why is this.

    Do you work out? My sister does and her personal trainer said she needs to eat more calories to help the weight loss!

    yes i do 3 40 min walks a day mon-fri and either a dvd or running

    Definitely you need to eat more. If you exercise you need to eat the majority of those cals back...I've lost 49lbs this way.

    1000's of posts on not eating enough to maintain weight loss. Do a search and you'll see why it's important to stick with MFP's recommendations.

    Eat more, but be mindful of the of foods you are consumping, and drink at least 64 oz. of water per day.

    Make sure you are tracking all your calories.

    Nope, you can just add them in, no need to slowly scale up. As long as you are still in a calorie deficit, which you will be if you follow MFP's settings, you won't gain weight. The only time I added in calories slowly was when I was switching to maintenance, but that's a whole 'nother ballgame. I
