My friend the dietitian turned me on to this basic recipe and I began experimenting and here's my take on it. I am not sure of how many calories and such but it's healthy and makes me feel good and full. I eat it practically everyday and it take's me 5 minutes to throw together.

1/2 cup of 1% low fat plain yogurt
1 tablespoons of raisins or craisins
2 tablespoons of chopped apple
3 strawberries
2 tablespoons of blueberries
1/4 cup of raw rolled oats
1/2 banana, sliced
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 capful of vanilla extract ( or any flavor extract. I like almond too)
1/2 teaspoon of honey
3 tablespoons Raisin bran cereal (sometimes I use this instead of the raisins or craisins so it's optional)

In a bowl combine all ingredients, mix well and enjoy! I use any fruit I have at the house so it's versatile
