Did you stay withing you nutritional goals?
Yes
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
Yes
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
Instead of going for a walk I went to go to the gym - 65 minutes on the Elliptical
What would I have done differently?
I should of had some yogurt for lunch instead of a handful of almonds.
What is today's personal goals?
Make healthy choices and go for a walk
I am 2lbs from 199.... this will be my lowest weight in 10 years... Yippee!!! Thanks for your support :flowerforyou:

Yes for the most part. Wanted about 150 more calories burned, but did walk around town with my kids, so I think that might have covered it.

We to the gym.

Nothing.

Today is my rest day for exercise, so watch those calories.

Yes. Throughout the entire week.

Yes.

Did 30 minutes on the tread climber, mowed the grass and golfed all in the same day.
What would I have done differently?
The Taco Bell at the end of the day may not have been the best of choices. But it was so worth it!!

30 minutes on the treadclimber this morning and an evening walk with my wife and daughter
I have lost 4 lbs. this week. So it was a very good week. Just want to keep the momentum to reach my goal weight.0 -

yes. instead of walking a block , ran a mile and went to the gym

Went too the gym, ate alot healthier

worked out more than i did

Drank more water, although I did hit 8 cups.

Keep calories low and drink my water - I'm always still working on the water at 10pm.0 -

Did well until 9pm and was too tired to fight the sugar craving

Not had 2 pb cookies and 3 chocolate riesens.
