How do you get rid of that horrible pouch type thing after you have a baby? I just have a roll of fat/skin hanging out at the bottom of my stomach. It looks like I am about 4 months pregnant. I had my son almost 2 years ago and I can no longer use the excuse of "i just had a baby". Do sit ups help, crunches? I need it to go away. All of my pants fit my legs and butt, but they wont button because of my pouch.

  • i have the same thing. i feel like a kangaroo lol i've tried exercises for the pelvis, those seem to work
