Giving you a good shape - resistance training
I have noticed people who just run or cycle or walk tend to have flabby tummies and thin arms. I have also noticed people who just lift heavy weights look a bit lumpy and are sometimes quite fat.
If you want a lovely silhouette you need both. Resistance training doesn't have to be free weights in the gym, though. There are all sorts of things you can do with body weight and resistance bands.0 -
