donut vs biscuit

So I had a tea biscuit (raisin) at Tim's this morning... thinking this tiny little biscuit must be better for me than a donut - then I look on here and it has more calories (290!) and fat than a boston creme donut (250)- can that be accurate!?!?:noway:

Sure! Those are made with like a half a stick of butter ;-)
There are healthier donuts (cake types) and healtheir biscuits - but yes, unhealthy versions of both exist. I prefer the biscuit though, at least I feel fuller after...0 -
