What is your favorite frozen dinner? I mean low-calorie type dinners.
Be it tasty, fulling, or whatever - what is your favorite?

Does it count if I cook my own meals and then freeze portions? If so, I've got some marvelous sausage and eggplant lasagna in the freezer.

Healthy Choice have these "Top Chef" inspired steamers that are totally yummy! AND they seem to have bigger portions then other low cal frozen dinners I've seen.

I avoid them at all costs. Full of sodium and not very filling in general. I have eaten them in the past and hated how unsatisfying they were. Cooking from scratch can be easy and quick! And very healthy and satisfying!!

Same here. I've made dinners that have taken me as much time to cook on the stove than it does for me to microwave a lean cuisine. I sometimes buy frozen vegetables to steam, but prepared meals are unsatisfying and are seriously lacking in nutritional value

Pretty much anything from Amy's Organic line. There is a light & lean line from them that is ok, but I prefer the original Amy's Organic meals, like any of the enchilidas, the tortilla bowls and the spinach lasagna are especially yummy. They are a bit higher in calories but the nutrition in them and the fact that they are organic goes a long way. Yum!

I personally LOVE the Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers! They are my lunch almost exclusively. I really like ones with a Pasta more than the rice ones, although my fave non pasta one is the beef merlot. So filling and most under 300 calories.

So I guess you don't have a favorite then?

They work for me in a jam. I like the Lean Cuisine rice and bean. It's my version of fast food.
