Hi There,
I am new to MFP and very excited about this because this means that I have accepted I MUST say good buy to this extra weight I have made my body carry around for way too many years.
I have a long way to go as I wish to lose 100 lbs in total and I know it won't be easy at times. I would love to have Friends to chat to as I step in to the" Bus of no return ", I have to do it this time n that is that.
