What are some of your favorite items from here? I've seen a bunch of people talk about how they get all these great foods from Trader Joes and so I'm "biting the bullet" and going to the new store this weekend. What would you recommend/not recommend?

My regular TJ's shopping list -
frozen shrimp
salmon rolls (frozen - with spinach)
McCann steel cut oatmeal (avaialble elsewhere, but MUCH cheaper at TJ's)
walnuts that are chopped in exactly the right size for said oatmeal (called "baking pieces", I think)
dried fruits
vegetable dumplings (frozen)
chocolate covered espresso beans
rice/vegetable mixtures (frozen)0 -
Seaweed snacks rock my socks off!0

protein bread
fat free ricotta

Their produce is ALWAYS good.
Frozen fruits and veggies.
Frozen eggplant parmesan (I don't really eat frozen meals but this one is good in a pinch).
Raw almonds.
My hubby loves their frozen Orange Chicken.
Canned/jarred roasted peppers, garbanzo beans, olives....
Hummus.
If I had one closer to me I'd eat probably 90% of my food from there. But it's quite a drive for me and not realistic to make it every week.
Oh, and quinoa. It's not always available at my other grocery stores, so I stock up there.0 -
Mediterranian hummus, wheat pitas, sugar plum tomatoes (I eat those 3 together....YUM), lime chicken burgers, packaged kale.0

Just went there is am and learning new products from others and taking my time in their store to browse. I Love it! So far I get on a regular bases Protein bars, Almond milk, Fresh Fruit and Veggies, Frozen fruit for Shakes and Dark Chocolate Expresso Beans are my new addiction!0

Nitrate free bacon
frozen leeks
beef jerky
some sort of cheese
kerrygold butter (its so cheap there!)
free range chicken drumsticks (so cheap!!!)
I got their beef tamales last time and those are delicious!0 -

Indian food in the frozen secion is really good. Chicken Tikka Masala is my fav - actually they have one in the refrigerated section that is even better.

One of my favorite places to shop always something new to try. Japanese fried rice, almond s,the best unsweetened almond milk and the price are very reasonable.0

Chocolate mochi ice cream... YUM for 100 calories. Always satisfies my chocolate snack craving. Especially with some hot black tea.0
