I started MFP on Thanksgiving. I went way over but after that I started doing much better. I have upped my running big time as being out of shape in the Army is very bad. 220 seems heavy but my legs are bigger around than some of your waists LOL. I will lose about 5 more or so then it is time to start hitting some weights!
