Confused - Calories in Pork Chow Mein?

Soooo... I ordered some pork chow mein today cause I was totally craving veggies... and I'm having a hard time finding the calorie count. MFP says it's about 447 calories per cup, but that's hard for me to believe because ALL it is is a bunch of bean sprouts, celery, onions and a scarce quantity of ground pork. There's no noodles of any sort, or anything that would have a high amount of calories. It looks to be thickened with some kind of starchy thickener (duh lol) but almost 450 calories for one (1) cup, really?!?
Most of the calorie counts I find on the internet all assume that it has noodles, whether it be pan fried noodles or the hard, crunchy noodles... but mine has none, only veggies and a bit of thickened sauce.
What do you think would be a decent calorie count for a bunch of bean sprouts, celery and onions in thickened sauce?
Thanks!

The devil is in the details, or in this case in the "thickened sauce". If you ate at a typical Chinese restaurant then that's probably a conservative caloric estimate as most Chinese sauces are loaded with calories and other not so good stuff. That said, some of the healthiest meals can be had at Chinese restaurants -- just order everything steamed.

the thickened sauce might be oily? it does sound strange, however you know chinese takeout places. They shower food in oil so it tastes good while it's hot but tastes so bad if you try to eat leftovers of it.0
