Great tip for sore feet after a run!

My Dr suggested this. Fill a 2 liter pop bottle with water and freeze. When your feet are sore, roll your foot on it. Feels great!

    Also take a hand sized bouncy ball and roll it around under your foot.

    You may also want to do a self-massage using a foam roller (also great for your legs) or tennis ball. (There are lots of great videos on youtube.com or runnersworld.com) Don't be surprised of your foam roller becomes your new best friend!
