I am a serial diet starter, I usually last about 3 days before my junk food addiction kicks in. I am on day 10 now and doing good with 6 pounds lost!!! My goal is to lose the 75 pounds I gained through my pregnancies (my children are 9 and 4), I never stick to anything but MFP has been fantastic, easy to use and fun! For the first time in my life I am enjoying the weightloss process, seing results and actually starting to believe that my goal just miight be attainable. I can't wait to see what the next few weeks will bring, I have already passed my first weight loss goal.......now on to the next one!!!!

    I can relate! Start & stopped too many times.....than I give up. Well no more. Today is a new day! Kudos to you - I am encouraged:) My youngest is 7.....that excuse is long gone ;) LOL

    Well done for losing already, and sticking at it for longer than ever before :flowerforyou:

    I find MFP quie addictive, but a non-fattening addictive :laugh: and have learnt things I never knew about food and exercise. This is the easiest I have ever lost weight, so hope it works for you too, good luck :-)
