stuck at the same weight

I have been dieting and exercising for 2 weeks now and have only lost 4 lbs and I'm getting very frustrated. I've been at the same weight this past week. I walk almost every day and do weigh bearing exercises at home. My calories are staying in the 1300/day range. Drinking all my water and pee'ing like crazy every day. Any ideas on what I could do different?

    Be patient...weekly weight loss targets are better in theory than practice! 4lbs is a good start.
