My coolest NSV

So today, I had just finished an hour of pretty intense cardio (bike and elliptical) and was heading to the sauna, when one of the "gym rats" (the regular, always-lifting, someday-I-wanna-look-like-that, types) goes out of his way to walk over to me. He walks up and says "how much you lost, man?" "I haven't been here at the same time as you for a while, but you're looking great. I told him I was down 54 and he was beaming as though he had just won the lottery. He said "keep up the good work, we're all cheering for you". Needless to say, I practically floated to the sauna after that. I didn't think there was that much of a difference. 54 from 502 doesn't seem that noticeable. But it totally made my day.

    That is so awesome! Great job & keep it up! 54 lbs is what my 8 year old nephew weighs - so you've basically lost an 8 year old boy. That would definitely be noticeable!! :)
