Costa Americano Coffee

Have had Greggs coffee in the past and choked on the calorie count afterwards! (As far as I remember about 180 for a single cup!!!)

Today I had 2 Costa Americano medium cups and was sure that I was going to regret it so...

I walked the 3 miles home with my bags!!!

Just tried to log it and went for the large because the medium seemed too low on calories - can't remember but two cups was less than 100 calories.

Any thoughts?

    Ok peeps... Bump!

    I've looked on the websites and found nothing about calories in an Americano.

    Today I went back to Costa and had black coffee... Just drooled at the pic of the Americano because I was too scared to try the calories again. Anybody else got any ideas how many calories in the Americano?

    A traditional Americano is just espresso and water... very VERY low cal... what else are you adding to it?

    Americano is just black coffee with a side of milk?

    I wouldn't even bother logging it, but thats me.I don't log coffee and tea

    Starbucks have their Americano calories on here

    A Venti is 22.8 calories and that will be with semi skimmed

    Coffee itself should be very little calories--what are you adding?
