Reliable BMI/BMR Calculators

BMI is a very standard calculation, there's no 'accuracy' to worry about with it, it's just a relation between your height and weight. You can get yours here on MFP easily - click on the 'tools' tab at the top of the site then click on 'BMI'. It will calculate your current BMI and will also show you the weight range generally considered healthy for your height.

There is also a 'BMR' option under the tools so you can get that estimate here on MFP as well. :-)
