I am new to this site for about a week. Does anyone eat Macrobiotically? I'd love some recipes and Moral support!
It's hard when you eat differently from your family and friends. I have a medical condition and need to eat this way. Iwas doing prety good, then backslid. I need to get back to eating this way.
