    Well. I am a Christian woman and believe my body is a temple. For that reason I appreciate fit people who eat well (don't starve) and who exercise to take care of their bodies and do with their bodies, the things their bodies were designed for. I think it is a way to honor God to take care of your body and also to display your hard earned results. It inspires others to try, try harder, or try to do more healthful things (i.e. eat and lift heavy rather than starve and eschew strength). So I say, more results photos. More proud display of accomplishments. No kidding.

    (sometimes people go a bit overboard, but they tend to limit it to the times I'm asleep and its no skin off my nose anyway, so they can keep making their choices too).

    Hey, I should have also said that when I started I took before pics in my bikini and was very sad about all the pasty white flesh. Well I'm not there yet, but I will be posting a bikini picture when there's less hopefully-not-so-pasty-white skin in the same bikini. I would suggest that anyone who feels it honors God to be ashamed of his creations should not follow me around this site. It will happen.

    Also, to add....it needs to be tasteful. If you are showing off your hard work (abs, back, legs, etc.) then I say go for it but, if it's something that could come straight out of Playboy, then don't. Be a lady, be a gentleman, but you can still show off your hard work. I have a pic right now that shows some cleavage and I'm debating about taking it down - that's just me though, I want to be seen as a lady, not a tramp. It's a good picture, not tasteless, but still....lol...:smile:

    Amen to that! I'm proud of the hard work I've done to get here. Since I live in an area of the world to freakin' cold to wear my swimsuit more than 2-3 months of the year I at least can show off my work in my profile pic all while sitting here in my nice warm fleece jammies, wool socks and slippers. :)
