I have always had bigger arms and they aren't as big as they used to be I call them "bat wings" Lol I was wondering if anyone knows of any toning exercises I can do at home to tighten up the muscle and get rid of the flabby big arms?

Since I can't do a dip or a push up I use 5 and 10 pound hand weight to work my bicep and triceps, good examples on the internet for you to check out. And if you don't have hand weights you can use can foods or a couples bottles of water. Hope this helps :o)

A mild calorie deficit and time. There's no other way.

This, targeted fat loss does not work. You just have to lose bodyfat percentages to get that definition you want.

I like to workout with dumbbells, the two most effective arm exercises I've found for my arms have been Arnold Presses and Tricep kickbacks. I noticed a visible difference within a couple of weeks.

Thanks for all the advice, I can't do chair dips yet..not that strong....hopefully one day I will be there. But I think I can handle the dumbbells for now....
