Ughhhhh!!!! I got the grilled turkey burger Plain no cheese no mayo and it was 780 cal and 45G of fat!!!! Thats all I had and like 3 sweet potato fries and I gave my fries to my mom and just eat the burger and fat free rasberry iced tea for lunch. Im just having a greek yogurt for dinner and graps for a snack. Im mad. My mom says there's noway it can be that much.

    I really never eat out anymore unless I can look up the nutritional info BEFORE I go. Sucks coming home and finding out you had too much. :(

    It can be that much from all the processing it goes through. Even when we think we are making "healthy" choices sometimes they aren't that healthy :( Now you know so you won't order that again. LOL. Tomorrow is a new day and you're doing great!

    yeah, you have no idea what's in there. for one, it's probably not lean ground turkey, they probably put a crap load of fillers (like bread crumbs) and egg in the mix as well. and the roll was probably 300 calories....

    I went to O'Charley's as well today. I got the Mediterranean Chicken wrap. It was 780 cal and 36 grams of fat. It was big and I only ate half. It did taste great :)

    While 780 calories isn't great, it's not the end of the world. Not sure what your calorie limit is, but you can still have more then yogurt and grapes for dinner. If you go a bit over today it is not going to stop you from losing weight or make you gain anything. Just finish your day normally.

    Heck, I had a hamburger with bacon and cheese on it, plus some onion rings, and cinnamon apples for lunch. I also ate breakfast and will be having sushi and a spring roll for dinner. It won't stop me from losing this week because my weekly numbers are still good.
