just starting

my friend and i are just starting this program.
i would love to hear from people with their tips for success, especially how to avoid chocolate!!!
i'm going to miss chocolate

    Hi, i`ve lost 13 pounds in the first two weeks. I find to avoid the sweets try to eat protein filled food like almonds. When i get a chocolate craving i just grab a hand full of them and it seems to take my craving away. Also i keep around a lot of fruit for snacks, at least its sweet, and satisfys that sugar craving. This has worked for me. Good luck, stay strong
