I am so happy and proud of myself I just have to boast! I've lost just over 15 pounds since the New Year started and I never thought I could make that happen!! Its addictive! I want to keep it going and I never want to see that weight return! My first goal is reached and now I'm treating myself to a nose piercing and next week I'm trying out new yoga classes!
What was everyone elses goal rewards? I need inspirations for my next fifteen lost!:glasses:

you are so right! it is addictive. my daughter has facebook, i have MFP. i love it. i have lost 22 lbs since jan. 5th. i do and i don't have mini goals. each pound is a goal for me but i am at my prepreg weight so time to get down and drop the crap that i put on. i do aqua classes like zumba, bootcamps at my gym(HIIT) and regular cardio type stuff. this time is my last time no excuses, no stopping till i say stop and that is not for another 70lbs. Congrats on your first mini goal, Good Luck with your next !!!

Congrats on reaching your first goal! I think that making small goals is the best way to do it. That is how I have been loosing weight, one small goal at a time.

My rewards are small until I get to the end of the journey. My small rewards are just things like a new outfit or a new workout DVD.

My big reward will be a new wardrobe (kind of necessary by the time I reach my final goal I guess).

Congrats! My goal is not in weight but in body fat %. I want to be at 6-8% and I think that is about 13 more pounds.
  • my reward is going to be a ton of sexy expensive panties each goal I reach cause they will look like grannie panties after each 25 pounds I lose. :)
