I can see a few minor changes. I'm feeling a whole lot better, that's for sure. My original weight was 153, but I lost that a few weeks ago.
The starting weight for this week was 149 and I am currently 144 this morning. So in total, 9 pounds. I've found very minor changes, but is that what's supposed to happen? If I lost, say, 15 or 20 pounds, would that change my physical appearance?

  • 5 pounds in one week is a big loss for someone who is only 149.. it sounds a little unhealthy. I started at 193 my first week and lost 4 pounds, but I'm much larger than you.. bigger people lose it quicker in the beginning..

You will be able to tell after 10 pounds, but I think you're reading into it too much.. how do you FEEL??
  • I'm feeling pretty good. I've been doing a lot of portion control. I eat like I normally do, but I just cut it down. I just started being vegan about a month ago, so my cravings for non-vegan food are pretty bad. So any cravings I have for junk food, I just douse it out by drinking a couple glasses of cold water.

Do you do your check-in? Like measuring your neck waist n hips? Last year I was at 160lb n wanted to lose weight for holloween (I love holloween) so I had just started to eat right n exercize more for 2 months before then. The first month I had lost almost 10lb in the first month then 8 the second. I had felt and looked just a bit tighter in my stomach. But I had fluffed off after that n gained it almost all back after the holidays. :( So that was the most I have ever lost in my life. But just sayin you should definetly should already start to see a diference.
