    Good for you! I havea way to go as well. Keep at it and you will look like that in the end. Riding must help a lot I would think. Its so much work.

    That is so gross but so inspiring. I have also lost 15 pounds so 3 lots of that hideous yellow fat is great to see. Thank you for this post x

    I just hit 15lbs today!!!! Ive lost 15.5 in 7 weeks....long way to go for me too!! My goal is 125lbs im at 147.8!!! Good luck to you! Love the picture...great inspiration!!

    Wow I have been feeling a little down as I have not lost for over a week, but I have lost 16lbs in total so far and seeing that picture has made me realise how well I have done so thank you :)

    lol great inspiration! That thing looks so gross! But with all those crazy liposuction shows it shows all the grossness in the tubes and everything so gross
