I'm thinking of starting running in the morning , I'm a newbie and just going to maybe start off by walking a lot and jogging! What are your favourite songs to run too? x

    anything dance/ club based - my ipod is full of clubland and i recommend running trax cds - all brilliant, so much so that i have leant mine to my personal trainer to use in his circuits class!

    I've only been running a few times since starting recovery again but my favourite is Nobody's perfect(Netsky remix) by jessie j. Oh nothin on you dubstep remix by b.o.b. and bruno mars. I prefer to walk lol. Please make sure to stretch and take it easy, don't forget your water too:)

    My powersong on my iPod is "Rockstar" N.E.R.D (Jason Nevins Remix) its awesome. I also jus bought Running Trax Gold and that's pretty ace too - 60 songs for a tenner isn't bad.
