I'm at a minimum of 2300. I don't really have go to snacks or meals, however, my diary is open so feel free to take a look. I do love nuts and full fat dairy.

I rely on nuts and eggs to help with both the calories and protein intake. I'm going to start using more quinoa, too. I do need more ideas, though! My diary is open and I am going to check out everyone else's :)

I WISH I had that problem, but it's all catabolic state for me, these days so I'm trying to stay at or around 1600 come hell or high water.

But my advice? Start eating early and often. First thing in the morning and then every 90 to 120 minutes thereafter. I work from home, so that's real easy for me to do (dang it),

You could carry LARABAR minis around in your pocket or

Bottom line, you just have to put yourself on a feeding schedule. It works for babies, right?

I don't eat 2000 most days, more 1800, but my go to's are raw nuts (almonds and walnuts, especially), Larabars, peanut butter, and an extra whole egg as needed. I also like higher calorie fruits like dates and dried figs - Lots of good fiber packed into a small package. :)

Peanut butter, mixed nuts, and granola bars are a great filler snack to bump your calories. I just aim to eat more at a time and more often. Maybe try adding in more protein to each meal to get the calories up...or just snack more often. My diary is always open if you want ideas.

I will be joining the 2k+ crowd, have been told to up my calories again by my PT, we had massive debate in the gym earlier, ended up involving multiple trainers and me having to promise to eat at least 2k cals a day from now on. They think I need to put on some weight! not sure about this but as i'm still losing on 1600-1800cals will cave and increase to 2k.
    Bring on the food!
