I have celiac's disease, as well as wheat and rice allergies. Feel free to add me!
I ignored it as best as I could for years, but my doctor scared me into eating right again - which is why my old food logs aren't gluten free at all.0 -
I have gluten intolerance, lactose intolerance, and fructose intolerance - I'm on the FODMAP diet, but I also can't tolerate alcohol, caffeine (although I haven't QUITE given up tea), or carbonated drinks.. my diet is a mess! Feel free to add me to take a look at my diary, although they're all products from NZ.0

I am also learning how to eat GF. I am not celiac, but am intolerant and have found few good alternatives. I get frustrated with how "boring" my diet can become. It really just takes a lot of creativity and a lot of READING LABLES. I have been surprised at what things wheat is actually in. I have been at this for about 9 months or so and have never felt better. To get the whole grains in I eat quiona and brown rice instead of the pasta and bread. I have found a really good pizza crust mix at our local health food store (Namaste is that brand). Pretty much I eat a lot of veggies, fruits and some meat for most meals. I also have other food issues so am quite limited in choices. Are you new to eating GF or have you been doing this for a while? When and how were you diagnosed with gluten intolerance? Feel free to add me!0

You might try joining the paleo group on here, gluten and grain free.0

Gluten free here too. Whether its Celiacs, an intolerance or an allergy - I'll probably never really know. I just claim Celiacs because my GI thought I probably had it whether testing said so or not.
There is a GF group on MFP.
I also cannot tolerate caffeine. I can handle bits of chocolate, but that's about it.
I used to have a lactose intolerance, but that's gone.
My oldest son is GF and severely dairy allergic though. A lot of my meals are GF and DF.
Feel free to add me as a friend.

Celiac.. if that is what you have can almost be a blessing is disguise. It will keep you away from lots of breaded and fried foods and can force you to eat fresh, healthy foods. Have you had it for long? A gluten free diet is like any other diet, you just need to learn what you like and will eventually learn healthy foods that will become staples in your diet. Good luck! I know there are some great recipe sites out there!0
