    That's a pretty big statement! Most of my recipes are gluten free as most food in the world is gluten free. I think it is much easier to be real, unprocessed food rather than to try to make gluten foods gluten-free... cakes, pies, bread, etc.

    Tons of "gluten-free" food are all over the place.
