Rolled oats in smoothies ?

I just recently heard about this and it sounds very good and filling.
Does anybody know any good recipes that are low cal?

    I love adding oats to my shakes. I is indeed very filling and keeps me full
    For longer. I use a sambazon Acai packet, a banana, water, and a 1/2 cup of oats.
    It's under 300 calories :)

    My advice: just add it to ANY smoothie you like to make. I don't have any specific oatmeal smoothie recipes, but it can easily be incorporated into anything really.

    My main smoothie: 1/2 cup original OR vanilla soymilk (or regular milk if that is what you prefer), one banana, one thick slice of pineapple, 1 cup of frozen berries. I've had this both with and without oatmeal, and it is yummy either way.

    Blend up a chopped mango, a hand full of raspberries, a handful of blue berries in the blender with a quarter cup of greek yogurt. after its liquified drop some oats and even a spoonful of ground flax seed and blend it up some more.
