    An antique store would almost certainly have what you are looking for. I was in one a few weeks ago and was shocked at how small the dishes were. I didn't check the prices though.

    I went to Walmart, by corelle plates salad size, they also have them in round or square, they are non brakable, you can use them in the microwave and they are safe..I totally love my dishes,I use the salad plate and it will hols 1 piece of meat, like a pork chop thin cut and 2/3 - 1 cup of veggies

    Even the dollar stores have a dish/glassware section in them. That might be another good place to look.

    I've seen these portion control tuperware-type bowls at the local grocery store, too, for taking food to work.
