yeeep.. pretty stoked, if this is the difference a month of healthy portions of food/ exercising will do.. i cant wait to see what 50 pounds looks like :D

    the backfat was my worst enemy, it was what i hated most about my appearance. If only Id known that just one stinkin MONTH could help diminish it so much, I wouldnt have sat around complaining about it for 4 years lol.

    very true!!! I just posted pics today and I saw a HUGE difference in the last ten pounds getting rid of some back fat. YAY, FAT BE GONE!!!
