Monday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is:

Jumping Jacks - 200
Crunches - 75
Sit-ups - 25

Do as many as you can and you can do them any style you want.
The important thing is that you try to so them.

My challenges are open to anyone and you can log them as calisthenics.

    I like this idea, it'll give me a chance to compare to where I was in high school. I used to be able to do 95 crunches and 50 sit ups. Jumping jacks were never my forte XD Sounds like I have a plan for the morning, thank you!

    Totally in. The jumping jacks might be an issue with my knee being out of whack but I'll definitely give this a chance!

    Already done most before I read the post...This girl CANNOT do sit ups YET....google the 100 workout...I kind of changed it around though...

    100 JJ's
    90 crunches
    80 squats
    70 leg lifts
    60 wood choppers
    50 JJ's
    40 crunches
    30 squats
    20 leg lifts
    10 wood choppers
