HELP! JUST STARTED, HAVING PROBLEMS-HELP

i JUST STARTED THE PROGRAM ABOUT 3 DAYS AGO. i JOG/WALK ABOUT 4.5 MILES FOR THE PAST 3 DAYS. BECAUSE OF THE EXCERCISE, I AM EATING WAY UNDER MY CALORIES, BUT MY SUGAR AND PROTEIN SOMETIMES CARBS ARE HIGH.
HOW CAN I FIX THIS??? PLEASE HELP

    Hi! :)

    Try looking at the nutritional facts when u eat something, so u know what you are consuming. That is usually what I do to calculate my daily goal. Hope that helps! Best of Luck! :)

    You are going to have to eat all your calories in order to lose the weight. If you do not, you wont lose. If you keep with your exercise as it is then eat and do not feel guilty about it. I know it sounds really strange but eat to lose! I do not know what you are eating at this time but eat fruit and veggies for snacks. It is important to eat healthy as well as exercise. Good Luck!
