On average how many exercise calories do you earn a day? How many days a week? What do you do for exercise?

My gym workout varies in length depending on what time of day I get out of work.
10 minute stationary bike warm up 70-80 calories recorded on the bike
5-10 minutes of stretching
25-30 minutes on elliptical 480-560 calories on the machine
5 minutes stretching
1 set 30 situps on incline board (currently at 10 deg)
Leg press 3 sets of 15 reps at 270 lbs
1 set 30 situps
10-15 minutes stairmaster 180-230 calories on the machine. (time dependent).
According to my Garmin FR60 HRM, my workout will be 1000-1400 calories burned depending on how much time I have in the gym. I'm at the gym 3 days a week. I'm looking to add an upper body strength training program on another 3 days a week.0 -
For about 40 mins of cardio, I only burn about 300 calories. I run 3x a week and do weights 3x a week (Chalean Extreme). I usually throw in a cardio video of Chalean on weight days to up my calorie burn. Depending on the length of my run/cardio, I don't usually go more than 400. I've accepted my lower calorie burn and have made it work for me.0

I do Jillian Michael's DVDs for 30 minutes a day and burn about 200 calories. I do this around 5 times a week.
Sometimes I go on walks, and in that case a burn another couple hundred of calories.
I also do crunches, pushups, lunges, squats, jumping jacks, etc. on a daily basis.

i average around 780 calories per day a week, including the offday. i workout 6 days a week for 45-60 minutes day depending on what i have scheduled for the day
weight lifting days (3 days a week)
- 30 minutes cardio (15 minutes before weights, 15 minutes afterwards).
- 30 minutes or so of weight lifting NROL4W so the weights are always challenging for me
non weight lifting days
- 45 minutes of cardio (including 15-18 minutes of anaerobic HIIT) OR
- 45 mins of aerobic HIIT OR
- yoga OR
- 45 minutes of steady state cardio. i only do this is i'm too tired to do HIIT0 -
I hike 5 days a week burning about 800-1600 calories each day And then I play volleyball once a week .im guessing its about 400-600 calorie burn.0

My goal is to burn 600 calories a day 6 days a week. I do Insanity 6 days, Chalene Extreme 3 days, and run 6 days.0
