I got toe the gym 5 days a week. I do 20 minutes on the elliptical, 20 minutes on the bike, 20 treadmill and 20 on the rowing machine. I stick to a strict 1200 calorie diet and in the process of cutting out carbs such as pasta and bread. I have only lost around 7 pounds since october.

I was at 144 before going off yaz. I gained rapidly when I was off it. As soon as I went back on it the 7 pounds came off. I am around 168 now and my goal weight is 125.

What can I do to get the weight to come off more easily?

You should be eating back some if not all of your exercise calories!

You need to be on 1900 - 2000 Kcals a day with that excercise regime. You will start to see weight loss if you do.

Your body is in 'stavation mode' as it is not getting enough Kcals and is being hammered with excercise. I bet you are losing muscle mass as well (your body fat % will have increased) as you are not eating enough to build new muscle but you are hitting the gym.
  • So what do you eat? I do not have an appetite at all right now. Green apples are my go to snack.
