HBA1C = 6.0
Cholesterol = 114
HDL:LDL = 35:42
Triglycerides = 184

Today:
Weight: 236lb
HBA1C = 5.5
Cholesterol = 91 (< 23)
HDL:LDL = 35:36 (LDL < 6)
Triglycerides = 99 (< 85)

Gentle calorie deficit, clean eating, and regular exercise works folks... :happy:

    @ doonesbury - an nsv is a "non scale victory" (i.e. a success story that isn't based a number on the bathroom scale, such as fitting into a smaller pair of jeans, dropping a belt hole, having someone compliment you etc.)
