    :smile: Or a non scale victory. Meaning maybe you haven't lost pounds but you fit in smaller jeans. Or today you drank all of the water that you need too. Smaller things to help you realize that you are making progress even if it is not in pounds.

    Its actually non scale victory...

    any accomplishment not weighed by the scale...

    looser pants, fitting in seats, having better endurance....anything really
