Hi Everyone!

I'm the new girl in town! Let's see. Im from Los Angeles, Ca, 46, no kids
have a new kitten named Meisha (a handfull, but she LUVS ME! )

I am trying to lose 40 lbs. Finally started attending Ymca! Toda was my 2nd day!!!
I work out for 90 mins a day. 30 mins on the bike and 60 mins of Latin Cardio

I feel so good about finally doing something to TAKE MY LIFE BACK!

I lost me for a few years, but I think slowly I will find the real me and
I missed the way I use to look!

I hope to hear from some of you!
