I'm just posting so I can come back and see how happy you are afterward. This is something I will consider as I get close to goal, since I know from previous experience that hard work wasn't quite enough to leave me completely happy.
On another note: your progress/success is great. You look amazing!
Good luck with the treatments.0 -

Hope you get the results your looking for, I would think about this also but unfortunately I have extra skin from my pregnancies. So I'm more looking at a tummy tuck when I get to my goal weight. I am all for doing what you have to do to get the results you want.....With-in reason that is Good Luck!!0

If you can't microwave at work... then I would go with a non-breakfast type food.
We take a slice of deli meat, a third or half slice of cheese and then a thick slice of red pepper - roll it all up together. It is/was our travel snack when we had a long road trip. My husband loves low fat pepper jack cheese with roasted chicken or turkey. You can also do ham with some laughing cow swiss cheese. Long wedges of cucumbers is good too. They just make the cheese get a little watery if kept in a container too long.
the 2% snack packs of cottage cheese are good too. That with some veggies and nuts might hold you over until lunch time.0 -

The fact that they asked you to not 'over eat' or eat fewer carbs the day before won't make any difference to your weight, I don't know why everyone is so suspicious about this, I'm pretty sure this has more to do with the effectiveness of the treatment and the lymphatic system. Likely, a big breakfast or meals during the day will clog this up, caffiene should be kept at a minimum too.
Muffin tops are the best for i-Lipo treatment, as they are troublesome spots, likewise love handles. There is no need for extreme dieting, generally stay away from bread, pasta, candy, processed and fatty foods but most importantly do not exceed your daily calorie intake and do at least 30-45 mins of exercise after i-Lipo treatment, but continue with 30 mins exercise daily if you can.0 -

Thanks so much for that breath of fresh air! :-) That is exactly what they told me about the exercise, and I do exercise nearly every day anyway, so there will be no difference in my exercise regime!
I'm excited :-)0 -
