This is really awkward, but I lost about 2.5 pounds from los

Could I weigh this in? I'm 107 and a half. I jumped back on the scale after "disposing of fecal matter", and it went from 107.5 to 105 pounds. Can I count this as real weight lost, or should I ignore it? I plan on not trying to gain it back.

The only time I weigh is first thingin the morning before I shower and after I've used the restroom , oh and naked that weigh differences in clothing weights don't get in the way0

lol my best friend will only weigh herself in the morning after the 'usual routine'. But really it's one of the reasons they say the scale can 'lie' sometimes. It's not lying but don't get your hopes up; you'll totally bounce back up when your digestive track fills up again. The only time I kept weight off from this kind of stuff is when I went veggie and changed the stuff that was in my digestive track completely.0

You do know your bodyweight fluctuates daily, right? Up to 5 lbs or more sometimes. Count it if you want, but if you eat and drink later on and gain a lb don't get upset. This is why most people only document their weightloss once a week or so. Of course it's ok to weigh yourself everyday, heck I do. But just be aware that there is a possibility of the number changing within a few lbs either way.0

Just curious how tall are you? (Oh I see you responded now).
But yes, always weigh in the morning after using the bathroom.0 -
We were entering at the same time! Good!!! Good for you then :bigsmile:0

I consistently weigh myself on Monday mornings before breakfast, after a poop, and in the nude. So I say log the post-poop number it if it fits what you normally do. For example, I probably would hesitate to count a weigh-in if it didn't fit my established criteria.0

I always log after the loss of a large log!!!! ps, 107 is a perfectly healthy weight for 5'10
-
whatever you decide to do, just do it the same every week...around the same time, naked, after going to the bathroom...otherwise you'll keep getting different results! Just be consistent with it!!0

Your best bet is to always weigh yourself under the same circumstances. So if you logged after this time, make sure you do it next time.
Logging at the same time of day under the same circumstances are your best bet for accurate weigh-ins.0
