Hi all... I drink at least 8 glasses water/day, and I usually stay under my sodium limit daily, but I still feel like I'm retaining water all the time. Does anyone know of a natural remedy to help me lose this bloaty feeling? I'm healthy and take no medications other than a multivitamin and fish oil supplement daily. Thanks
PS - It's not just during TOM that I feel this way, it's every day. And it's not true edema, just "puffiness".

Green tea is a natural diuretic, I have also heard the same about eating pineapple and eating cucumbers.0

It may sound gross, so I apologize in advance, but I use the color of my urine as a guide. If it is very light yellow to colorless, you know you are drinking enough water. If it is yellow-dark yellow-orange, you need to drink more water. I don't know if this helps, but hopefully it does a little.0
