Did you stay within you nutritional goals?
I'm gonna say yes here, I was over by 2 calories...grrrr:grumble:
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
Yes and no, calories were good, but didn't work out.
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
Drank all my water, woohoo!
What would I have done differently? EXERCISED!
What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and workout

Yes and no, calories were good, even went to the gym, and family problems derailed so didn't work out.
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
During stressful situation, didn't eat junk.
What would I have done differently?
Actually gone inside the gym.

Yes. Under my calories thanks to exercise

Yes. Worked out at lunch time - 45 minutes on the Elliptical

Stay within/under my calories. I think if I had to I am almost at the point where I can stay within my calories and have a day off from working out. I've had a hard time staying at 1240 calories w/out working out but it is getting easier now.
What would I have done differently? Nothing - As long as I am staying within my calories and working out I am happy :happy:
What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and workout. Maybe add some weights into my workout. On Monday I used the Nautilus equip. for my arms... I wasn't as sore as I thought I was going to be the next day. :laugh:0 -

Yes. I ate healthy. No junk food for me!

I drank my 8 glasses of water!

I would've excercised more. I only worked out for 30 min.

Do at least 45 min. of cardio and add in some weight training.0 -

No, I went for a walk instead of the biking I had planned.

Not eat the bagels, zuchini bread, rasberry cake and German chocolate at work.

Gotten on my bike for at least 30 min.

worked out really, really hard last night - made better food choices like lots of fruit

eaten more for lunch and less for dinner (right before bed)

need to walk or bike 30-45 minutes ... this is always a challenge for me when I don't have anything specific planned with a friend or class

I did Yoga and some Cardio. Also ate Healthy food for meals.

Refused to purchase the snacks my hubvy requested.....It's sooo hard to resist eating them!! (I haven''t resisted them today...I treated myself to some...guilty feelings now) :grumble:

I did upper body weights today and a 6mile bike ride. Given my treating, I should be active today and no more treats for today.:happy:0 -

to try not to stress eat
