Hello To Everyone!

Just wanted to introduce myself and say hello :) I'm new to this online diary/blogging thing, but not new to trying to live a healthy lifestyle. I've been a Type 1 Diabetic for 30 years and use to workout at the gym all the time. I thought I 'd join MyFItnessPal to see how keeping a diary can help, find support and even make some new friends.
