I'm not very far in my journey, but I noticed something yesterday.

I was changing after my treadmill workout, and I saw in the mirror something.

On my back there is this one spot in my lower back that all the rolls start that has no fat and makes a little 'cave' concave spot. It used to be quite deep, I'd say 2 1/2". It was big enough to be dark in there from the shadow. I turned on Wednesday and noticed, it's almost not there! Maybe half an inch of a dip; certainly not a cave! It just made me think "no freaking way that happened that fast" but the hubby said "wow, that's cool" so I'm not crazy!

I was happy for the victory because the scale made me sad today :( Whatever! I can prove to myself I have less fat! (and not just my loss in the bra region).

That's great! It's great to have Non-Scale Victories, because like you said: the scale can "lie" sometimes, especially if you have been working out you are probably exchanging muscle for fat, and muscle can be heavy, but it is waaaaay leaner and healthier.

So keep it up!! It will only get better and better!! :D

That's a great NSV! Screw the scale for today! :) Keep up the amazing work you're doing and the scale will soon follow suit.

It helps to take measurements too. You'll be so happy you did later.
